This Friday, April 13, 2012 in Tokyo, 596 will be participating in the Suns of Silence show a fundraiser for Bond&Justice a community program who helps the Japanese towns who have yet to receive any relief from the government. Curated by our own James BlusterOne Alicea (getfree/AndSuns) and MiamiShine (AndSuns), they set out to have 30 artists paint on human sized skulls (please see our previous post Skulls). 15 Japanese artists and 15 American artists brought together a very unique and powerful body of work for this one night only show.
